Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para determinar las dimensiones del material de una sección de perfil longitudinal (2) durante un proceso de serrado, en donde una hoja de sierra (3) se hace avanzar, la sección de perfil longitudinal (2) se maquina mediante la hoja de sierra (3) a lo largo de una ranura de sierra durante este tiempo; los datos de posición de avance de la hoja de sierra (3) a lo largo de la trayectoria de avance (s) se determina y, durante esta operación de serrado, datos de medición adicionales se determinan a partir del grupo de fuerzas de serrado (Fs) u otra variable que corresponda con la fuerza de serrado (Fs). La invención se caracteriza porque un perfil real se determina a partir de datos de posición de avance y datos de medición adicionales.
