Abstract
La invención se refiere a un acristalamiento laminado destinado a ser usado como una pantalla de visualización frontal, que comprende: dos hojas de vidrio (1, 2), una capa intermedia de plástico viscoelástico (3) dispuesta entre las dos hojas de vidrio (1, 2), la capa intermedia comprende al menos una capa (3) hecha de un material plástico viscoelástico con propiedades de amortiguamiento vibroacústico y la capa intermedia tiene una sección transversal que disminuye en una forma de cuña desde lo superior a lo inferior del acristalamiento laminado, en la cual la capa intermedia es tal que la frecuencia de resonancia f2 del segundo modo de resonancia de una barra de acristalamiento laminado con un área de superficie de 25 mm x 300 mm compuesta de dos hojas de vidrio cada una de 2.1 mm de espesor, entre las cuales se incorpora la capa intermedia, determinada al medir la Impedancia mecánica (MIM) a 20°C de acuerdo con la norma lSO 16940, se encuentra entre 760 Hz y 1000 Hz y el factor de pérdida ?2 del segundo modo de resonancia de la misma barra, determinada por MIM bajo las mismas condiciones, es mayor a o igual a 0.25. La invención permite propiedades de amortiguamiento vibroacústico a un acristalamiento laminado destinado a ser usado como una pantalla de visualización frontal y permite una reducción en el espesor de las hojas de vidrio sin degradación de las propiedades de amortiguamiento vibroacústico.
