Abstract

In the present invention, a transparent anti-water-mark film that has an uneven surface structure that has an arithmetic average roughness (Ra1) of 0.7 nm or more but less than 5 nm when calculated for a measurement area of 10 [mu]m by 10 [mu]m and an arithmetic average roughness (Ra2) of 10-50 nm when calculated for a measurement area of 500 [mu]m by 500 [mu]m is laminated on at least one surface of a capacitive-sensing touch panel display that has a porous layer on the inside thereof, said surface being among surfaces that face each other with the porous layer therebetween. In particular, from among the surfaces that face each other with the porous layer therebetween, the anti-watermark film may be laminated on a front-side surface of the touch panel. The film can prevent the occurrence of water marks on the capacitive-sensing touch panel display that has a porous layer on the inside thereof and can suppress glare even for a high-definition display device.
