Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una tableta de caldo dura caracterizada porque comprende i) 40 a 80% de ingredientes cristalinos ( en peso de la tableta); ii) 0.5 a 20% de saborizantes (en peso de la tableta); iii) 0.5 a 35% de ingredientes amorfos (en peso de tableta); iv) 5 a 20%de grasa de carne de res (en peso de la tableta); en donde la grasa de carne de res tiene un contenido total de grasa saturada de 54 a 72% en peso (basado en el peso de grasa total); y en donde la grasa de carne de res comprende 26.% a31% en peso (basado en el peso de grasa total) de C16:0.
