Abstract
La presente invención se refiere al sistema de expresión independiente bicistronico en un único vector para la producción de la proteína de interés, péptidos y proteínas expresadas como cuerpos de inclusión insolubles formados en la bacteria E. coli. La presente invención también proporciona el proceso para la expresión de la proteína de interés usando dicho vector bicistronico.
