Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στο σύστημα διπλή, ανεξάρτητης έκφρασης σιστρονίων σε έναν μονό φορέα για την παραγωγή πρωτεϊνών ενδιαφέροντος όπου οι πρωτεΐνες και τα πεπτίδια εκφράζονται ως αδιάλυτα έγκλειστα σωμάτια που σχηματίζονται στα βακτήρια Ε. coli. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει επίσης τη διεργασία για την έκφραση της πρωτεΐνης ενδιαφέροντος με χρήση του εν λόγω δισιστρονικού φορέα.
