Abstract

Se proporciona un método para templar una tubería de acero y un aparato para templar una tubería de acero mediante los cuales se puede obtener una tubería de acero que tiene calidad excelente y uniforme mediante la aplicación de enfriamiento rápido y uniforme a la tubería de acero en una dirección longitudinal así como en una dirección circunferencial de la tubería de acero utilizando una unidad simple. Se detienen movimientos de una tubería de acero calentada en una dirección paralela a y en una dirección perpendicular a un eje de tubería de la tubería de acero, y se inyecta agua de enfriamiento sobre una superficie exterior de la tubería de acero a partir de cuatro o más boquillas de pulverización dispuestas en espiral en el exterior de la tubería de acero mientras al mismo tiempo se hace girar la tubería de acero alrededor del eje de tubería.
