Abstract
Se proporciona un laminar que comprende un sustrato de metal y una capa de fluoropolímero adherida directamente al sustrato de metal; la capa de fluoropolímero tiene una región recristalizada en la interfaz con el sustrato de metal; el laminar preferido es un cable eléctrico, en donde el sustrato de metal es un conductor eléctrico y la capa de fluoropolímero es el aislamiento eléctrico del conductor, y en donde la superficie opuesta del aislamiento eléctrico no se recristaliza.
