Abstract
Se describe un proceso para recuperar butadieno a partir de una fracción C4. El proceso puede incluir: poner en contacto una corriente C4 mezclada que comprende butano, buteno y butadieno con un solvente que comprende un solvente orgánico y agua en una columna de pre-absorbente de butadieno para recuperar una fracción superior que comprende al menos una porción del butano, buteno y agua, y una primera fracción inferior que comprende el solvente orgánico, butadieno, y al menos una porción del buteno; y alimentar la primera fracción inferior a una unidad de extracción de butadieno para recuperar una fracción de buteno, una fracción de butadieno crudo y una fracción de solvente.
