Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para el enrollado de una cinta metálica para formar un rollo. Dispositivos conocidos de este tipo presentan de manera típica un dispositivo de devanado para el enrollado de la cinta y un dispositivo de transporte antepuesto al dispositivo de devanado en sentido de transporte de la cinta para el transporte de la cinta al dispositivo de devanado. Entre el dispositivo de devanado y el dispositivo de transporte, en los dispositivos conocidos está dispuesto un dispositivo de flexión para curvar el final de la cinta y obtener un mejor posicionamiento del final de la cinta en el rollo enrollado. Para realizar la integración del dispositivo de flexión entre el dispositivo de transporte y el dispositivo de devanado de la manera que más espacio y costes económicos ahorre, la invención prevé un bastidor en el que está instalado de manera giratoria un segundo rodillo de contraflexión, pudiéndose desplazar el bastidor 160 con ayuda de un segundo dispositivo de posicionamiento 133 entre una posición de hueco de devanado y una posición de camino de rodillos, y actuando en la posición de camino de rodillos el segundo rodillo de contraflexión 134 junto con un primer rodillo de contraflexión 132 como rodillo de camino de rodillos de un camino de rodillos que está dispuesto por encima del dispositivo de devanado 110.
