Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de transferencia de calor para el acoplamiento térmico de un componente a soldarse, que tiene una fuente de calor y/o un disipador térmico en una soldadora, con al menos una placa de asiento que está diseñada para estar en contacto térmico al menos con la fuente de calor y/o el disipador térmico. La placa de asiento tiene una pluralidad de unidades de contacto que tiene una superficie de contacto respectiva, en donde las superficies de contacto son contactables térmicamente a los componentes. Las unidades de contacto se diseñan de tal manera que las distancias relativas entre las superficies de contacto y la superficie de la placa de asiento orientada al componente son variables. La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo de soldeo, en particular un dispositivo de soldeo al vacío, que tiene al menos uno de tales dispositivos de transferencia de calor.
