El tubo de acero sin costura contiene, % en masa, C: 0.20% a 0.50%, Si: 0.05% a 0.40%, Mn: más del 0.6% y el 1.5% o menos, P: 0.015% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Al: 0.005% a 0.1%, N: 0.006% o menos, Mo: más del 1.0% y el 3.0% o menos, V: 0.05% a 0.3%, Nb: 0.001% a 0.020%, B: 0.0003% a 0.0030%, O: 0.0030% o menos, y Ti: 0.003% a 0.025% en el cual Ti/N: se satisface de 2.0 a 5.0, una fracción en volumen de una martensita templada es del 95% o más, antes de que los granos de austenita tengan un número de tamaño de grano de 8.5 o más, y en una sección transversal perpendicular a una dirección laminado, el número de inclusiones a base de nitruro que tienen un tamaño de grano de 4 µm o más es 100 o menos por 100 mm2, el número de inclusiones a base de nitruro que tienen un tamaño de grano de menos de 4 µm es 1000 o menos por 100 mm2, el número de inclusiones a base de óxido que tienen un tamaño de grano de 4 µm o más es 40 o menos por 100 mm2, y el número de inclusiones a base de óxido que tienen un tamaño de grano de menos de 4 µm es 400 o menos por 100 mm2.
