Abstract
La invención se refiere a una boquilla de co-inyección (2) para un dispositivo de moldeo por inyección para producir productos moldeados por inyección de múltiples capas, la boquilla que comprende: un agujero central (20); una aguja de válvula (10) para abrir y cerrar una abertura de válvula (30), cuya aguja se sostiene de una forma axialmente movible en el agujero central (20); un canal de fundición interno, anular (23) para la primera fundición (a); un canal de fundición central, anular (24) para una segunda fundición (B); y un canal de fundición externo, anular (25) para la primera fundición (A), los canales de fundición interno, central y externo (23, 24, 25) que se combinan de forma fluida en la región de la punta de boquilla (9) a fin de formar una corriente de fundición en capas concéntricas. De acuerdo con la invención, la boquilla de co-inyección (2) comprende además un cuerpo de boquilla (11) y un inserto de conducto de fundición (12) que tiene el agujero central (20) de la boquilla de co-inyección (2). El inserto de conducto de fundición (12) tiene una sección cilíndrica circular (51), por la cual el inserto se sostiene en un agujero central (52) del cuerpo de boquilla (11). Se forma al menos un canal de distribución (26) para la primera fundición (A) y al menos un canal de distribución (27) para la segunda fundición (B) en la superficie externa de la sección cilíndrica circular (51), los canales de distribución que se extienden sustancialmente en la dirección axial.
