Abstract

a invenção refere-se a um bocal de coinjeção (2) para um dispositivo de moldagem por injeção para a produção de produtos moldados por injeção de multicamadas, sendo que o dito bocal compreende: um furo central (20); uma agulha de válvula (10) para abertura e fechamento de uma abertura de bocal (30), sendo que tal agulha é retida de uma maneira axialmente móvel no furo central (20); um canal de material fundido interno anular (23) para o primeiro material fundido (a); um canal de material fundido central anular (24) para um segundo material fundido (b); e um canal de material fundido externo anular (25) para o primeiro material fundido (a), sendo que os canais de material fundido interno, central e externo (23, 24, 25) são combinados de maneira fluídica na região da ponta de bocal (9) a fim de formar uma corrente de material fundido em camadas de forma concêntrica. de acordo com a invenção, o bocal de coinjeção (2) compreende adicionalmente um corpo de bocal (11) e um inserto de canal de entrada material fundido (12) que tem o furo central (20) do bocal de coinjeção (2). o inserto de canal de entrada de material fundido (12) tem uma seção cilíndrica circular (51), por meio da qual o inserto é retido em um furo central (52) do corpo de bocal (11). pelo menos um canal de distribuição (26) para o primeiro material fundido (a) e pelo menos um canal de distribuição (27) para o segundo material fundido (b) são formados na superfície externa da seção cilíndrica circular (51), sendo que os ditos canais de distribuição se estendem substancialmente na direção axial.
