Abstract

Un molde para inyección para producir al menos una parte moldeada por inyección con una forma externa y una forma interna, que comprende al menos una cavidad (3) y, para cada cavidad (3), una boquilla de canal caliente (4) conectada a la misma, que tiene una boca anular de la boquilla (5) para inyectar al menos una masa fundida en la cavidad (3); en donde al menos una cavidad (3) se forma por un troquel enfriado (1a) que crea la figura externa para la forma externa de la parte moldeada por inyección a ser producida y por un núcleo (2a) que crea la figura interna para la forma interna de la parte moldeada por inyección a ser producida; y en donde la boquilla de canal caliente (4) tiene un núcleo de la boquilla (7) y una aguja hueca (6), que puede moverse a lo largo del núcleo de la boquilla (7) para abrir y cerrar la boca anular de la boquilla (5), en donde el núcleo de la boquilla (7) sobresale más allá de la boca anular de la boquilla (5) de la boquilla de canal caliente (4), y en donde el núcleo de la boquilla (7) forma el núcleo (2a) de la cavidad (3) del molde para inyección.
