Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un péptido-dendríemro caracterizado porque comprende un núcleo ramificado, y una pluralidad de péptidos de unión a fibrinógeno unidos covalentemente por separado al núcleo ramificado, en donde el núcleo ramificado comprende: de dos a diez residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales, en donde cada péptido de unión a fibrinógeno es unido covalentemente por separado a un residuo de aminoácidos multifuncionales del núcleo ramificado; una pluralidad de residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales, en donde uno o más péptidos de unión a fibrinógeno están unidos covalentemente por separado a cada uno de al menos dos residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales adyacentes del núcleo ramificado; una pluralidad de residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales, en donde dos o más péptidos de unión a fibrinógeno están unidos covalentemente por separado a al menos uno de los residuos de aminoácidos multifuncionales del núcleo ramificado; una pluralidad de residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales, en donde dos o más residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales están vinculados covalentemente a través de una cadena lateral de un residuo de aminoácido multifuncional adyacente; o un único residuo de aminoácido multifuncional, y un péptido de unión a fibrinógeno está unidos covalentemente por separado a cada grupo funcional del residuo de aminoácido multifuncional, en donde los residuos de aminoácido multifuncionales comprende residuos de aminoácido tri-o tetra funcionales, o residuo de aminoácido tri- o tetra funcional, o el único residuo de aminoácido multifuncional es un residuo de aminoácido tri- o tetra- funcional.
