Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un cristal con al menos un elemento de conexión eléctrica, que comprende al menos: - un sustrato (1), - una estructura eléctricamente conductora (2) sobre una región del sustrato (1), - un elemento de conexión eléctrica en forma de puente (3), que comprende una región del puente (3a) y al menos dos patas de soldadura (3b), las cuales son conectadas vía un compuesto de soldadura (4) a una región de la estructura eléctricamente conductora (2), y - un elemento conector eléctrico (5) unido al elemento de conexión (3), donde el elemento conector (5) es unido a la superficie (I) de la región del puente (3a) orientada hacia el sustrato (1) o a la superficie (II) de la región del puente (3a) orientada contraria al sustrato (1) y que se dirige alrededor de la región del puente (3a) de modo que repose contra la superficie (I) de la región del puente (3a) orientada hacia el sustrato (1), donde la diferencia entre la temperatura de fusión del material del elemento de conexión (3) y la temperatura de fusión del material del elemento conector (5) es mayor de 200°C, y donde el elemento conector (5) es unido al elemento de conexión (3) por medio de una conexión soldada.
