Abstract
Un método de reciclaje de bloque motor defectuoso en una línea de fundición continua incluye insertar un agujero de cilindro en un molde de bloque motor, ajustar una camisa real a una superficie circunferencial exterior del agujero de cilindro, e inyectar aluminio fundido en el molde de bloque motor para fundir un cuerpo de bloque motor. Si se genera una anormalidad en el molde de bloque motor o el aluminio fundido y si se espera que se genere un defecto en el cuerpo del bloque motor, se produce una unidad de bloque motor defectuoso al ajustar una camisa falsa, que está hecha de un material idéntico o similar a un material del cuerpo del bloque motor, al agujero de cilindro. La unidad de bloque motor defectuoso así producida se funde y recicla directamente.
