Abstract

Se proporciona un método para gestionar un proceso de vaciado con base en las propiedades medidas de la arena de moldeo para que los defectos de vaciado o energía usada se pueda reducir al cambiar las condiciones de moldeo para el molde a producirse o cambiar los pasos despeas del moldeo. El método para gestionar un proceso de vaciado con base en las propiedades de la arena de moldeo comprende un paso (1) para medir las propiedades de la arena de moldeo justo antes de que se suministre la arena de moldeo a una máquina de moldeo (40) y un paso (2) para determinar si las propiedades medidas de la arena de moldeo cumplen con las propiedades predeterminadas, en donde, si en el paso de determinación se encuentra que las propiedades medidas no cumplen con las propiedades predeterminadas, un molde se moldea para tener menos resistencia que un molde que se moldea al usar la arena de moldeo cuyas propiedades cumplen con las propiedades predeterminadas.
