Abstract

The present invention provides a casting product production data management method capable of impacting the quality of a casting product and of verifying a production process intermediates for every casting product, the intermediates being difficult to verify after the casting product is completed. In the casting product production data management method, each type of production data for a casting product is entered in a database (1) and managed. This casting product production data management method is provided with: a first data acquisition step for acquiring sand mold (11) production data from a molding step (10) that is for producing a sand mold (11); and a second data acquisition step for acquiring molten metal production data from a molten metal production step (30) that is for producing a molten metal by melting a casting metal and discharging the molten metal. Each of the production data acquired in the first data acquisition step and the second data acquisition step is associated with a corresponding casting product, entered in the database (1), and managed.
