Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к пресс-форме модульных элементов биметаллических радиаторов, имеющих вставку, составляющую стальной сердечник, и алюминиевое излучающее наружное покрытие. Пресс-форма предназначена для изготовления модульных элементов литьем под давлением и состоит из двух полуформ, которые могут закрываться относительно друг друга так, чтобы негативно образовывать литейную форму или формообразующую полость. Предлагаемая пресс-форма отличается от известных решений тем, что она имеет не обычные две литейные формы, а четыре литейные формы или формообразующие полости, а также удерживающую систему для удержания металлических вставок на той же полуформе, которая снабжена системой для выталкивания модульных элементов. Это позволяет автоматизировать процесс литья под давлением и удвоить производительность.The present invention relates to a mold of modular elements of bimetallic radiators having an insert constituting a steel core and an aluminum radiating outer coating. The mold is designed for the manufacture of modular elements by injection molding and consists of two half-molds that can be closed relative to each other so as to negatively form a mold or a forming cavity. The proposed mold differs from the known solutions in that it has not the usual two molds, but four molds or shaping cavities, as well as a retention system for holding metal inserts on the same mold, which is equipped with a system for pushing out modular elements. This allows you to automate the process of injection molding and double the performance.
