Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un núcleo (13a, 15) de molde para la fabricación de paletas de rotor de instalaciones de energía eólica de una sola pieza. El procedimiento comprende de los pasos de: proveer un cuerpo (13a) hueco flexible, por ejemplo, un tubo de película soplada, introducción del cuerpo hueco entre por lo menos dos piezas moldeadas, las que se encuentran ubicadas de tal modo entre sí, que configuran una forma negativa de la paleta de rotor a fabricar, llenado del cuerpo hueco con material (15) a granel, antes o después de la introducción del cuerpo hueco entre las piezas moldeada, y generación de una subpresión en el cuerpo hueco, después que éste se llenó y se introdujo, de tal modo que el cuerpo hueco se rigidiza. Un procedimiento para la generación de una subpresión entre las piezas moldeadas y los núcleos de molde.
