Abstract
La presente invención describe un molde de aspa (70) y un método para fabricar una parte de carcasa de aspa de una aspa de turbina eólica (10). El molde de aspa comprende un primer marco de molde (72); una cubierta de molde (74) soportada por el primer marco de molde y provista de una superficie de moldeo (76) que define una forma exterior de la parte de cubierta de la aspa, en donde la cubierta de molde tiene una dirección longitudinal y comprende una parte de molde de extremo de raíz (78) en un primer extremo del mismo; y un primer dispositivo de deformación (80) para deformar la parte del molde del extremo de la raíz de la carcasa del molde. El método comprende disponer el material de refuerzo (104) sobre la superficie de moldeo de la parte de molde del extremo de la raíz; deformar la parte del molde del extremo de la raíz a una configuración de recepción; insertar el inserto del extremo de la raíz (106) en la parte del molde del extremo de la raíz; y llevar la parte del molde del extremo de la raíz a una configuración de moldeo.
