Abstract
Un objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un método para producir un miembro de tubería, que sea capaz de hacer el espesor de un producto resultante tan delgado como sea posible y de reducir la cantidad requerida de material termoplástico, sin hacer complejo un dispositivo para producir un miembro de tubería. Para lograr este objetivo, la presente invención proporciona un método para producir un miembro de tubería, que comprende un proceso de relleno con material termoplástico para rellenar una matriz con un material termoplástico, y un proceso de descarga de material termoplástico para expulsar una parte no solidificada de material termoplástico en la matriz de moldeo al usar el fluido presurizado, donde el material termoplástico se mezcla con un agente espumoso, el método adicionalmente comprende un proceso para espumar el material termoplástico que rellena la matriz de moldeo, y el proceso de descarga de material termoplástico es un proceso para expulsar una parte interna del material termoplástico espumado en la matriz de moldeo, al usar el fluido presurizado antes de la solidificación de la parte interna.
