Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a nuevos procesos y composiciones que utilizan proteínas de cápside virales resistentes a hidrolasas para preparar partículas similares a virus para encerrar y posteriormente aislar y purificar moléculas de carga objetivo de interés, incluyendo ácidos nucleicos tales como siARN y shARN, y péptidos pequeños.
