Abstract

La presente invención propone un método para producir una unidad de acristalamiento múltiple con difusión variable por cristales (100) líquidos que comprende hojas (1, 2) de vidrio mantenidas en su lugar por un sello (7) adhesivo, en las caras internas de los electrodos (3, 4), y que comprende una capa (5) de PDLC en contacto con el sello (7) adhesivo, el método comprende las siguientes etapas: (a) aplicar, al primer electrodo (3), un material (7) denominado de pre-sello; (b) depositar, en el primer electrodo (3), una composición (5) de cristal líquido, el orden de las etapas (a) y (b) son intercambiables, (c) ensamblar las hojas (1, 2) de vidrio, con las caras interiores enfrentadas entre sí, por calandrado o prensado, (d) después de ensamblar, irradiar y/o calentar para polimerizaciones, el pre-sello y la composición se forman a partir de acrilato sin precursor de polímero epoxi. La invención también tiene que ver con el método para producir tal unidad de ventanas con PDLC.
