Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición farmacéutica que comprende una pluralidad de gránulos congelados homogéneos que comprenden micropartículas de dicetopiperazina, en donde dicha composición se forma al despachar una solución o una suspensión de la composición farmacéutica por medio de un ensamble despachador dentro de un flujo de un agente de enfriamiento para formar los gránulos congelados, el ensamble despachador que incluye primera y segunda filas de orificios despachadores, las filas de los orificios despachadores están dispuestas perpendicularmente con respecto al flujo del agente de enfriamiento, separar los gránulos congelados del agente de enfriamiento por medio de un ensamble de transporte, y transportar los gránulos congelados a un receptáculo de gránulos, dicha composición farmacéutica caracterizad porque los gránulos congelados homogéneos varían en el diámetro de 3 a 6 mm, en donde el 41% o más de lo gránulos tienen diámetros mayores a 4.75 mm y en donde el 22% o menos de los gránulos tienen diámetros menores que 3.35 mm.
