Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir un filtro de panal caracterizado porque comprende: proveer un aparato que incluye; una sección que asegura una pieza de trabajo para asegurar una base de un filtro de panal; una sección de transferencia de polvo colocada sobre un lado de la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo para transferir un polvo junto con un gas presurizado; una sección de introducción provista entre la sección de transferencia de polvo y la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo, en donde el polvo transferido desde la sección de transferencia de polvo junto con el gas presurizado se mezcla con aire en la sección de introducción y se introduce en la base asegurada por la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo cuando el aparato es usado, y una sección de succión colocada sobre el otro lado de la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo para succionar el gas que ha pasado a través de la base asegurada por la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo reduciendo la presión sobre el otro lado de la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo en comparación con el lado de la sección que asegura la pieza de trabajo que utiliza medios de succión; y recubrir polvo sobre una superficie interna de la base del filtro de panal utilizando el aparato al tiempo que se ajusta una velocidad de flujo, A, de un gas, a, que es succionado por la sección de succión, una velocidad de flujo, B, de un gas, b, eyectado desde la sección de transferencia de polvo, y una velocidad de flujo, C, de un gas, c, que se mezcla con el gas, b, en la sección de introducción de modo que se satisfagan las relaciones "A=B+C" y "C>0".
