Abstract

Zum Regeln der Schichtdicke von mittels einer Pulverbeschichtungs-Einrichtung beschichteten Objekten (1) wird ein Luftteilorgan (11) verwendet für die Aufteilung einer Luftspeisung in Dosierluft (21) und Förderluft (19). Diese Aufteilung ist derart, dass bei unterschiedlicher Einstellung der Luftteilung unterschiedlich geförderte Pulvermenge (5) bei gleichbleibender Fördergeschwindigkeit mittels eines Pulverbeschichtungs-Organes (3) appliziert wird. Im Bereich des Beschichtungsorganes (3) und/oder im Bereich der zu beschichtenden und/oder der beschichteten Objekte (1) wird mindestens ein beschichtungsrelevanter Parameter gemessen, aufgrund welcher Messung die Einstellung (17) des Luftteilerorganes beeinflusst wird.
