Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir un tubo (2) o un pre-producto tubular a partir de un cuerpo sólido en un tren de laminación, que comprende al menos un rodillo (5a, 5b) que actúa desde el exterior sobre el cuerpo sólido o pre-producto tubular y un mandril de perforación (4) que lleva un cabezal de perforación (3) y que acopla desde el interior en el tubo o pre-producto tubular, en donde inmediatamente después de que el cuerpo sólido ha sido completamente perforado por el cabezal de perforación, un medio de desoxidación fluidizado y/o un gas inerte se suministra al extremo del tubo o pre-producto tubular encarando al rodillo y es guiado a través del tubo o pre-producto tubular en el interior del tubo o pre-producto tubular cuando el mandril es retirado. La invención se refiere además a un tren de laminación para realizar el método de acuerdo con la invención, que comprende al menos un rodillo que actúa desde el exterior sobre el cuerpo sólido o pre-producto tubular y un mandril que lleva un cabezal de perforación y que acopla desde el interior en el tubo o el pre-producto tubular, en donde se proporciona un dispositivo para la alimentación e introducción de un medio de desoxidación fluidizado y/o un gas inerte al extremo del tubo o pre-producto tubular encarando el al menos un rodillo.
