Abstract

Un laminador de mandril retractor, que está compuesto de un laminador de mandril y un extractor, el laminador de mandril incluye una barra de mandril y está configurado para rodar una preforma tubular en la cual se inserta la barra de mandril, el extractor está configurado para extraer la barra de mandril de la preforma tubular que ha sido laminada en el laminador de mandril, en donde la distancia entre el laminador de mandril y el extractor se puede ajustar, y un método para laminar una preforma tubular utilizando el laminador de mandril retractor. Como resultado de la distancia ajustable, aún cuando se lamina una preforma tubular que es más corta de lo normal, no hay necesidad de agregar una extensión adicional a la longitud de la preforma tubular que va a ser procesada para alargamiento-laminado y el desgastamiento de la barra de mandril se puede suprimir de manera que la preforma tubular se puede laminar de forma eficiente y en grandes producciones.
