Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para medir la verticalidad en un contenedor impulsado en rotación. El método comprende: - tomar por lo menos una imagen del contenedor para obtener la imagen del borde izquierdo del anillo, la imagen del borde derecho del anillo, la imagen matricial (Img) del borde izquierdo del talón, del hombro y/o de la base del cuello, y la imagen matricial (Imd) del borde derecho del talón, del hombro y/o de la base del cuello; - analizar: - las imágenes del borde izquierdo y del borde derecho del anillo con la finalidad de determinar la posición real del anillo; y - las imágenes matriciales del borde izquierdo y del borde derecho con la finalidad de determinar un punto de posicionamiento izquierdo Tg y un punto de posicionamiento derecho Td; y - determinar la posición teórica del anillo en una perpendicular al segmento de línea recta que pasa a través de los puntos de posicionamiento izquierdo y derecho; y - en base a las variaciones en las diferencias entre la posición real y la posición teórica del anillo, deducir una medición de la verticalidad del contenedor.
