Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar una cápsula de coacervado híbrido caracterizado porque comprende: (a) mezclar una solución de un primer polímero con una dispersión de por lo menos un tipo de partículas sólidas en una temperatura que está arriba de la temperatura de gelificación del primer polímero, en donde el primer polímero se adsorbe en por lo menos un tipo de partículas sólidas para producir una dispersión de complejos de partículas/polímero; (b) agregar una solución de un segundo polímero a la dispersión, en donde el segundo polímero interactúa con los complejos de partícula/polímero para formar coacervados complejos híbridos que contiene inclusiones particuladas; (c) agregar un material núcleo a los coacervados complejos híbridos, en donde los coacervados complejos híbridos se depositan como una capa de recubrimiento alrededor de la interfase de solución/material activo núcleo para formar las cápsulas de núcleo/capa exterior cada una que contiene el material núcleo encapsulado por una capa exterior de coacervado híbrido; y (d) reducir la temperatura de las cápsulas de núcleo/capa exterior a una temperatura que está debajo de la temperatura de gelificación del primer polímero; (e) opcionalmente, reticular las capas exteriores de coacervado híbrido de las cápsulas; en donde la composición de la materia seca de la capa exterior de coacervado híbrido es de tal forma que la proporción de la masa total de partículas sólidas a masa total de primer polímero y del segundo polímero está entre 0.01 y 1.85.
