Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para el tratamiento bilógico de aguas residuales, caracterizado porque comprende una sección de tratamiento anaeróbico (S1; 201), un dispositivo de conducción de un licor mixto concentrado (103, 109, 110, 111: 2145, 216, 222) que está dispuesto para conducir un licor mixto concentrado a fluir mediante el uso de un gas, una sección de sedimentación (S2; 221) para proveer el licor mixto concentrado, y una sección de aireación (S3; 225) para proveer un gas de aireación como al menos parte del gas, en donde la sección de tratamiento anaeróbico (S1; 201) se dispone para recibir una carga de aguas residuales y un licor mixto concentrado del dispositivo de conducción de un licor mixto concentrado (103, 109, 110, 111; 215, 216, 222) y ejecutar un tratamiento anaeróbico para obtener un licor de tratamiento anaeróbico, la sección de aireación (S3; 225) se dispone para recibir el licor mixto de tratamiento anaeróbico y ejecutar el tratamiento de aireación por contacto con un gas de aireación para obtener un licor mixto de tratamiento de aireación, la sección de sedimentación (S2; 221) se dispone para recibir el licor mixto de tratamiento de aireación y ejecutar una sedimentación para obtener un sobrenadante, y un licor mixto concentrado, y el dispositivo de conducción de un licor mixto concentrado (103, 109, 110, 111; 215, 216, 222) se dispone para recibir el licor mixto concentrado y conducir el licor mixto concentrado a fluir mediante el uso del gas de aireación colectado desde la sección de aireación (S3; 225); en donde el dispositivo de conducción de un licor mixto concentrado (103, 109, 110, 111; 215, 216) comprende un tubo guía (109, 216) para permitir que el gas se ponga en contacto con el licor mixto concentrado, una entrada de gas y una entrada de licor mixto concentrado (103) se disponen en una porción inferior del tubo guía, una sección de transporte de una mezcla de gas-licor se dispone en una porción intermedia del tubo guía, y una salida de mezcla de gas-licor (119) se dispone en una porción superior del tubo guía, en donde el dispositivo de conducción de un licor mixto concentrado (103, 109, 110, 111, 215, 216, 222) comprende adicionalmente un dispositivo de separación de gas-licor (111) que está conectado de manera fluida con la salida de mezcla de gas-licor (110); en donde la sección de aireación (S3) tiene un dispositivo de separación de gas-licor (106) para separar el licor mixto de tratamiento de aireación y el gas de aireación, el dispositivo de separación de gas-licor (106) está conectado de manera fluida con la sección de sedimentos (S2) para permitir que la sección de sedimentación reciba el licor mixto de tratamiento de aireación, y el dispositivo de separación de gas-licor (106) se dispone para evitar que el gas de aireación ingrese a la sección de sedimentación.
