Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de una espuma de poliuretano, en el que el agente de expansión usado se presenta en estado supercrítico o cuasi-crítico. Se introduce una mezcla de reacción en un molde cerrado, estando configurado el molde cerrado de modo que su volumen interior y/o la presión que impera en su interior se pueda cambiar tras la introducción de la mezcla mediante acción externa. Seleccionando el tensioactivo se pueden obtener microemulsiones del agente de expansión en la fase de poliol. Otro objeto de la invención es una espuma de poliuretano nanocelular que se pueda obtener mediante el procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención.
