Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de liberación de sabor particulado comprende un portador de almidón y una mezcla de un primer agente saborizante y un plastificante, el primer agente saborizante es no líquido a una temperatura de 20°C hasta 25°C, y el plastificante es líquido a una temperatura de 20°C hasta 25°C, la mezcla es encapsulada en el portador de almidón, la mezcla encapsulada comprende por lo menos 40% en peso de la mezcla de una porción que es sólida o semisólida, la porción sólida o semisólida tiene un punto de fusión o una temperatura de transición vítrea desde 25°C hasta 250°C, un método de hacerlo y uso del mismo.
