Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a método mejorado para la elaboración de un catalizador extruído que tiene una capa de un volúmen de macroporos caracterizado en que comprende mezclar un óxido inorgánico refractario en polvo que comprende alúmina con desde 0.1 hasta 5 por ciento por peso basado en el peso de óxido inorgánico refractario de un ligador lubricante que comprende metilcelulosa formando de esa manera, una mezcla; agregar a la mezcla un agente peptizador que contiene agua y desde 0.1 hasta 10 por ciento por peso; basado en el peso del óxido inorgánico refractario, de un agente tensoactivo que comprende un poliéter alcohólico primario lineal formando de esa manera una masa; extruir la masa para formar un producto de extrusión; y secar y calcinar el producto de la extrusión a una temperatura de desde 350º hasta 850ºC.
