Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una molécula de ácido nucleico recombinante, caracterizada porque comprende un promotor heterólogo operativamente unido a un segmento de polinucleótido que codifica un proteína pesticida o un fragmento de la misma, en donde: (a) dicha proteína pesticida comprende la secuencia de aminoácidos de la SEQ ID NO: 4 (b) dicha proteína pesticida comprende una secuencia de aminoácidos que exhibe al menos 80% de identidad en la secuencia de aminoácidos con la SEQ ID NO: 4; o (c) dicho segmento de polinucleótido hibrida en condiciones astringentes de hibridación en un polinucleótido que tiene la secuencia de nucleótidos establecida en la SEQ ID NO: 3.
