Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para sinterizar al menos dos compuestos en polvo, con diferentes actividades de agua y distintas temperaturas de transición vítrea, manteniendo constante el contenido total de agua. El método permite sinterizar los dos materiales en un ambiente cerrado, donde la estructura de uno de los materiales se mantiene intacta. Un método para sinterizar una composición que comprende dos componentes en polvo, donde la actividad de agua del primer componente en polvo es superior a la actividad de agua del segundo componente en polvo, es inferior que la temperatura de transición vítrea del segundo componente en polvo, caracterizado porque comprende el tratamiento con calor de la composición a una temperatura superior a la temperatura de transición vítrea del primer componente en polvo e inferior a 20°C por sobre la temperatura de transición vítrea del segundo componente en polvo, donde el contenido total de agua de la mezcla se mantiene constante durante el tratamiento con calor, y en donde el primero y segundo componentes en polvo son solubles en agua.
