Abstract

Un método para insertar paquetes secantes en contenedores de producto que comprende los pasos de: proporcionar una tira alargada de empaques con material secante y pre-impresos con una longitud de al menos 1000 veces su ancho, los empaques con material secante pre-impresos comprenden los primeros datos impresos y al menos una marca de índice con espacio desde los datos, los datos impresos y la marca de índice comprenden tinta de grado alimenticio; alimentar los paquetes a un contador detectando la marca de índice; inhibir el paso de alimentación en caso de no estar presente la marca de índice; cortar paquetes individuales de la tira en el registro con la marca de índice en un área libre de datos impresos, e insertar los paquetes cortados en el empaque del producto.
