Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición para mejorar la resistencia en estado seco de substratos celulósicos formados, caracterizada porque comprende a) un polímero catiónico preparado a partir de 0.01ª 100 por ciento mol de ya sea de uno o múltiples monómeros, en donde el monómero se selecciona del grupo que consiste de N,N-dimetilaminopropil (met) acrilamida, alilamina, (met) acrilato de dimetilaminoetilo, (met) acrilato de dietilaminoetilo, (met)acrilato de dietilaminopropilo, cloruro de acrilamidopropiltrimetilamonio, cloruro de trimetilamonio propil metracrilamida, dimetilalilamina, dialilamina, vinilamina, y opcionalmente comonómeros seleccionados del grupo que consiste de acrilamida, metacrilamida, N-metil (met) acrilamida, N-etil (met) acrilamida, N, N-dimetil (met)acrilamida, N-isopropil (met) acrilamida, y combinaciones de los mismos, componente b) almidón, ya sea nativo o modificado, y opcionalmente, el componente c) un químico modificante de la viscosidad; en donde la substancia química que modifica la viscosidad se selecciona de ácidos grasos, alquilfenoles oxietilados, óxidos de alquil amina, sulfosuccionatos de alquilo, lignosulfonato, sulfatos de alquilo y sales de los mismos, en donde la composición es una solución ausente de precipitados, coagulados, y geles; y en donde la viscosidad de Broolfield de la composición es menor a 800 cPs a una temperatura de 60!C usando un huso #2, y en donde la composición se aplica a la superficie del substrato celulósico formado.
