Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una sustancia de bebida para producir una bebida de té, en donde la sustancia de bebida tiene como objeto almacenarse en una cápsula de porción e infundirse en la cápsula de porción por medio de agua caliente introducida en la cápsula de porción por medio de agua caliente introducida bajo presión en la cápsula de porción, en donde la sustancia de bebida está sustancialmente en forma de partículas y por lo menos en parte comprende té, y en donde la sustancia de bebida tiene un tamaño de partícula medio de entre 500 micrómetros y 1,500 micrómetros.
