La cápsula (100) comprende un recipiente (101) cerrado por una tapa (102) El recipiente (101) está provisto de un filtro (FT) de la infusión de café/agua caliente. La cápsula (100) se caracteriza en que la masa de café pulverizado (MC) está localizada en un espacio anular (SP) que rodea a una chimenea central (180). El agua de infusión, durante por lo menos uno de sus pasos intermedios, converge del espacio anular (SP) hacia la chimenea central (180) pasando primero a través de un filtro vertical (FT).
