Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método de soldeo híbrido por láser/arco eléctrico utilizando un arco eléctrico y un haz de rayos láser que se combinan entre si en una sola fusión de soldeo a la cual se suministra el metal fundido al fundir un alambre de metal de aportación, en donde se proporciona la fusión de soldeo en al menos una parte de acero que incluye un recubrimiento superficial de aluminio, y se utiliza un gas protector, caracterizado en que el alambre de metal de aportación contiene al menos 3% por peso de uno o más elementos gammágenos, en particular los elementos gammágenos se seleccionan de C, Mn, Ni y N, y el gas protector consiste de helio y/o argón con la adición de al menos 10% por volumen de nitrógeno u oxígeno. El método de la invención es particularmente adecuado para soldar lados soldados en punta utilizados en el campo de la fabricación de automóviles o para el soldeo de tubos.
