Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso para producir una junta por soldadura que incluye un metal de soldadura que tiene alta resistencia y alta tenacidad y contiene menos sopladuras. El proceso para producir una junta por soldadura de acuerdo con la presente modalidad incluye las etapas de: prepararon material base que contiene en % en masa no menos que 10.5% de Cr; y someter el material base a soldadura GMA utilizando un gas de protección que contiene 1 a 2% en volumen o 35 a 50% de gas CO2, y el resto es gas inerte, de esta manera formando un metal de soldadura incluye % en masa, C: no mayor a 0.080%, Si: 0.20 a 1.00%, Mn: no mayor a 8.00%, P: no mayor a 0.040%, S: no mayor a 0.0100%, Cu: no mayor a 2.0%, Cr: 20.0 a 30.0%, Ni: 7.00 a 12.00%, N: 0.100 a 0.350%, O: 0.02 a 0.11%, Al sol.: no mayor a 0.040%, al menos uno de Mo: 1.00 a 4.00% y W: 1.00 a 4.00%, y el resto son Fe e impurezas.
