Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a conjugados de disorazoles y sus derivados con moléculas de unión con células, tales como péptidos, proteínas, hormonas, proteínas sanguíneas y anticuerpos. La presente invención también proporciona nuevos derivados de disorazol y procesos para fabricar estos conjugados y derivados de disorazol. Estos compuestos pueden ser usados como medicamentos para el tratamiento de condiciones fisiológicas y/o patofisiológicas en mamíferos, particularmente para el tratamiento de diversos tumores.
