Abstract
Un material de metal tratado en la superficie, que comprende: un material de metal, y una película de revestimiento dispuesta sobre la superficie del mismo, la película de revestimiento que contiene (A) una resina orgánica que tiene una temperatura de transición al vidrio de más que 35°C y no más que 100°C, y (B) una resina orgánica que tiene una temperatura de transición al vidrio de más que 100 °C y no más que 250°C; en donde la diferencia entre las temperaturas de transición al vidrio de las resinas orgánicas (A) y (B) es 50°C o más. Se proporciona un material de metal tratado en la superficie que tiene una película de revestimiento que no contiene sustancia de carga al medioambiente tal como cromo hexavalente, y es particularmente excelente en resistencia a las rayaduras, capacidad de estampación, y resistencia a la corrosión después del procesamiento de la forma de la misma, y también un proceso para producir tal un material de metal tratado en la superficie.
