Abstract

En el presente documento se describen estereocomplejos para la administración de uno o más agentes anticancerígenos. Los estereocomplejos exhiben baja toxicidad y son biodegradables al mismo tiempo que proporcionan una liberación controlada de uno o más agentes anticancerígenos en los sitios del tumor. Los estereocomplejos pueden diseñarse de manera que los agentes anticancerígenos operen de forma sinérgica y pueden incluir opcionalmente grupos de direccionamiento y funcionalidades adicionales. Los estereocomplejos divulgados en este documento se pueden combinar con vehículos y/o excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables para formar composiciones farmacéuticas.
