Abstract

Para permitir el control sobre las células modificadas genéticamente inyectadas, resulta útil que las células genéticamente modificadas expresen un marcador que pueda usarse para detectar tales células entre un conjunto de células no modificadas. Algunas modalidades se refieren a una proteína marcada que comprende un dominio constante de TCR y una variación de aminoácidos exógena que comprende una secuencia que es detectable e identificable dentro del dominio constante de TCR. Otras modalidades se refieren a un epítopo de anticuerpo que está unido a una cadena de TCR.
