Abstract

La presente solicitud se aplica al campo técnico de las células solares y proporciona un método de soldadura de células solares, una serie de células, un conjunto de células y un equipo de soldadura. El método de soldadura de células solares comprende: colocar una pluralidad de células de contacto posterior en una plataforma de soldadura con la parte posterior de las células de contacto posterior alejada de la plataforma de soldadura; con las polaridades de los electrodos correspondientes opuestas a las de las dos células de contacto posterior adyacentes en la dirección de conexión de las tiras de soldadura; colocar una pluralidad de tiras de soldadura para ser conectadas en los electrodos de la pluralidad de células de contacto posterior utilizando una primera sección de sujeción, una segunda sección de sujeción y una tercera sección de sujeción, con la primera sección de sujeción, la segunda sección de sujeción y la tercera sección de sujeción correspondientes al primer extremo, el último extremo y el extremo medio de la pluralidad de tiras de soldadura, respectivamente; calentar la pluralidad de tiras de soldadura utilizando un calentador para conectar la pluralidad de tiras de soldadura a la pluralidad de células de contacto posterior. De esta manera, se puede mejorar la precisión de la soldadura y la productividad, y el aumento de la precisión de la soldadura contribuye a un aumento de eficiencia de la célula y, por tanto, a una mayor eficiencia del conjunto.
